IP address
Browser and device data
Interaction data on the page (mouse movement, typing rhythm)
Purpose: Protecting the forms against spam and automated abuse.
Legal basis: The legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining the security of its systems.
The service does not load when the page opens; it loads only once you start using the form. For Google's processing see:https://policies.google.com/privacy
3. Cookies (cookies)
Our website may use the following cookies:
Cookies needed for operation
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
The visitor can decide on the use of cookies in the browser settings or give his consent via the cookie notice on the website.
4. Embedded content
The website embeds content from the following external providers. Embedded content behaves as if you were visiting the external website directly: the provider receives your IP address and may set cookies.
Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) – on the Contact page, to show our registered seat.
YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) – on the ONLi page, to play a presentation video. The embed uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain.
These embeds do NOT load by default. A notice is shown in their place, and the content loads only if you click to load it, or if you previously accepted non-essential cookies on the cookie banner.
On that notice you can tick a box to have your choice remembered for that provider (YouTube or Google Maps), so you do not have to click again on every visit. This choice is stored in your browser's local storage (edortech_embed_consent) on your device only; it is never sent to our server. The “Necessary Only” button on the cookie banner also clears this stored permission.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
For Google's processing see:https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. To whom do we transfer the data?
Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
Data may only be transferred in the following cases:
For the hosting provider (technical operation)

9. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

By default, non-essential cookies are disabled and are only placed on your device if you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner. Withdrawing consent. You can change your decision at any time: click the "Cookie settings" button in the footer at the bottom of the page and the cookie banner reappears. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect for the future – it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
